Condiments with a Kick!
Recently we spent time teaching our interns the art of mustard from scratch. We will soon have a few new products on our shelves, including sweet honey mustard and a steaming hot mustard. For now, come in and try the rich full flavor of Heirloom Ketchup, the smooth and hot bang of Hot Pepper Mustard Butter or the tangy delite of Indian Mango Mustard.
Soda Pop Jelly
Mountain Dew, Pepsi, Coke, Rootbeer, Cream Soda, Dr. Pepper, Red Pop, Orange Pop
Inspired by our interns, this line is truly just for the fun of it. The jellies each taste terrific on a PBJ or on a banana, but our interns like them best on our homemade bread (and sometimes off a spoon from the jar!).
How about a little Wine?
White Zinfandel Jelly, Chardonnay Jelly, Burgundy Wine Jelly, Red Wine Jelly, Blush Wine Jelly
Chocolate! Put a dollup of one of these on a square of dark or milk chocolate, add a nut or piece of dried fruit and you have a classy and delicious dinner finisher. Try them with a mild cheese to bring out their smooth flavors or as a baste accompanied by a few fresh herbs for a meat that is out of this world.

Beer Jelly, Rum Peaches and Whiskey Pineapple
Ice cream, here we come! Try our alcoholic fruit by itself or over your favorite icecream or yogurt. They are great in a cake (substitute for the liquid in the recipe) or over your pancakes.

Garlic WHAT? As one of our best sellers, this jelly deserves a line of its own. Both sweet and savory, perfect on a cracker, as a baste, on a sandwich or pizza, garlic jelly is versatile and delicious. These savory jellies are for the cook who wants something out of the ordinary but sure to be a hit. Need a quick hors d’ oeuvre? Place a brick of cream cheese on a plate, gently pour one jar of savory jelly over top and serve with crackers.

MMmm. Hosting a party? Try our Mexican Fiesta theme! Mexican Corn with a lime twist, served with quick and easy home made Chili and Heirloom Salsa. Complete the meal with chips and cheese served with Jalapenos for an evening everyone will enjoy!
