Locally Grown Menu
We grow most of the produce for our menu right here at the Cannery and tailor the specifics to the season and your event. It is important to us to use the freshest ingredients available, often picked the same day they are prepared for you. Sandwiches
Turkey Bacon Club- turkey, bacon and colby cheese on homemade white bread, topped with our garden lettuce, tomato and spicy house made horseradish sauce.
Ham and Cheddar Cheese-a mound of thinly sliced ham, mild Amish cheddar cheese,house slaw and sweet and hot peppers on homemade bread.
Salami, Pepperoni, Corned Beef with Mozzarella-add lettuce, tomato, onion and italian dressing for a slightly spicy treat on bread of choice.
Fresh Veggie- a medley of fresh garden vegetables and mozzarella cheese stuffed in a homemade-fresh pita with choice of dressing.
Bread: House White, House Honey Wheat, Bun or Pita
Toppings: Sweet and Hot Peppers, Onion, Tomato, Lettuce, Mayonnaise, Yellow Mustard, Sweet & Hot Mustard, Barbeque,Thousand Island, Horseradish Sauce, Pesto.
Stromboli
Rueben with fresh slaw-Corned beef, swiss cheese, fresh slaw rolled into a magnificent stromboli featuring our house bread dough. Dressing served on side.
Turkey and Apple-This unusual combination turned out to be a favorite in trial tests! Shaved turkey, mozzarella, cinnamon apples and sweet and hot peppers and fresh spinach.
Ham and Pineapple-Honey ham, colby cheese and pineapple with fresh spinach and onions. Served with hot and sweet mustard.
Italian-Traditional italian meats and cheeses served with homemade marinara sauce for dipping.
Vegetable and cheese-features broccoli, mushrooms, onion and spinach surrounded by mozzarella and feta cheese. Served with Marinara.
Soups
We offer an array of soups cooked fresh for the day in the Cannery. Served with homemade bread.
Chicken and Noodle: Homemade noodles, chicken and vegetables in a rich broth.
Vegetable: Made from fresh garden vegetables, herbs and spices, vegetable soup is comfort food!
Vegetable-Beef: Add a fall-off-the-bone chunk of locally grown beef to your soup for extra hearty flavor.
Beef and Mushroom Soup: Tender beef and mushrooms in a rich onion-based broth. Add croutons and swiss cheese for a gourmet twist on traditional onion soup.
Cowboy Stew: What do cowboys eat on the range? Ham and homemade dumplings gently brewed with carrots, onions and celery for a meal that begs for second helpings.
Corn and Bacon Chowder: We use local corn and fresh cream to create a chowder chunky with corn, potatoes and bacon.
Sides:
Balsamic Vinaigrette Pasta Salad-made with plenty of fresh vegetables including broccoli, pepper and olives. A touch of garlic and spice.
House Cole Slaw-house made creamy slaw with a hint of sweet, never sharp or bitter.
Garden Salad-Made with just-cut lettuce, spinach and garden vegetables, served with your choice of dressing.
Apple Waldorf Salad-fresh apples, celery and grapes tossed in a light peanut butter dressing.
Fresh Seasonal Veggies with dip

Fruit Dumpling- choose from apple, cherry or mixed berry. Made with fresh dough and drizzled with a rich vanilla syrup.
