What does it take to make cheese?  This class you will turn fresh milk into mozzarella, paneer or farmer’s cheese, and learn how to work with fresh herbs for special occasion cheese.   We will share simple but elegant hors d’oeuvres with cheese as the cornerstone, and each participant will take home a loaf of their own hand-crafted cheese.
